The Rush County Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing to consider the following
petition for a variance and special exception from section 6.3.18 & 6.3.22 & 6.3.20 of the Rush County Zoning Ordinance. The applicant(s), Hoosier Solar LLC, are requesting Variance of financial assurance -Approval of decommissioning agreement and special exception for a Solar Energy System.

The public hearing will be held in the Princess Theater 330 N Main Street, Rushville, IN 46173 Wednesday, July
5, 2023 at 5:00 PM and is open to the public.
